There is one hair accessory that I had long ago, but that I no longer see. It looks like two large combs that are attached at the top that separate and gather the hair. Once it's on it makes it seem as though you have an instant updo without all the hair pins and spay. I've somehow misplaced the one that I had some years back, but wondering where could I find another one like this. |

Yeah right Sa'lma, I guess we can all be what we want to be on these boards lol. Seems like you have too much time on your hands but you do have skills as a good fictional writer though. |

I know its sounds like am ‘blowing my trumpet’ but when its to people like you, I don’t feel bad…I know how unbelievable this must be to you but that’s not really my problem mate! Please lets not underestimate the anonymity of the internet!! It could be anyone… Thinny thin, I could even give you a job( get in contact with the moderator of this site and you can have my email address and number..and I really mean that) Lets stick together as strong black women…..Hating and judging each other is not the way forward….God is love. |

Wow! Some African American woman do live up to their World wide stereotype. Bitter, half-educated, fast mouth, and are always hating!!!! just like the African American movies we see here..and round the world.. Thank God for women like Mrs Obama and Oprah....they have shown the world that not every black American woman is crazy.. thinny thin, I have hair sweetheart...a whole lot of it...am half Indian! An English size and stunning if I may say so myself!! I cant let silly comments like that get to me...am a 27 year old strong black woman...C.O.O ( chief operation officer) of one of the biggest software re-seller in London England...I just sold my share of the company for 1.5 million pounds!! ( multiply that by 2 to understand the value in your currency..) I was just featured in the Metro newspaper ( the biggest early morning tabloid in London England) as one of the Richest black women under 30 in the UK. |

This is for the two "ladies" with the nasty mouths and nasty comments , nair and thinny thin. Hurt people hurt so i would place you two in this category. You obviously have unfortunate situations going on in your lives to be so cruel to people you have never met. Black and bitter, how sad. I feel for you but positive ladies focus on positive things, hopefully in the future you two are able to get right and no longer will you be stalking message boards stalking and harassing others. |

Nair that was quite unfair I have never written anything on here before but I thought to comment on your sarcasm Black women our greatest problem is that with criticize our selves a bit too much there are only a few places in the near perfect world were black women feel comfortable enough to be who the REALLY are nappy hair fried chicken and all far away from the Brazilian hair Lace weaves and the professional accents Essence dot com is one of those places for me all the way from London England...lets not take that away from ourselves....J.greer, I hope you find what you are looking for... Black people...we are too beautiful!! have a good day all and God bless...With love from a Black English rose...Cheers... |
